Like many others, I worked hard so I could spend my time doing what I absolutely love—FISHING! It's a true passion of mine. Now, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share that passion with others through Curt’s Guide Service—a faith-based adventure where we can enjoy God’s creation out on the water.

Over the years, I’ve developed techniques and skills with proven results that can make for a successful day on the lake. But more than just a great catch, my goal is to provide a fun, uplifting experience that sends you home with both a bountiful harvest and lasting memories to share with family and friends.

Led by Curt, a passionate and experienced crappie angler, each trip is designed to be fun, relaxing, and rewarding. Whether you're a seasoned fisherman or trying it out for the first time, our goal is to make sure you have a great day on the lake and head home with a cooler full of crappie and stories to share.

With over 40 years of experience fishing the Coosa River in Alabama—including Weiss Lake, Neely Henry, and Logan Martin—Curt brings a lifetime of knowledge to every trip. His expertise in long-line trolling, ledge fishing, and float fishing means you'll be learning proven techniques while targeting some of the best crappie spots these lakes have to offer. One of Curt’s specialties is teaching the art of Dock Shooting—a highly effective and fun technique that's another exciting way to catch crappie and add to your day on the water.
